Notice what appears to be "Gunbelt Residue" on them.   Oswald was NOT known to have a Gunbelt.

Most Police officers have bullets in a "Gunbelt" for Months/Years.                                                                                                                                                                                                                It's not unusual for bullets in a Gunbelt in the Hot Texas sun to accumulate residue !
