 This whole report was considered to be of no consequence by the WC and by

the FBI, or they would have used it as part of their proof that Oswald

bought ammunition for his rifle.  But the type of ammunition wasn't

specified, and Oswald had often been classified as a generally decent and

quiet person, such as was seen by Mr. Truly, his boss at the TSBD.  As

well, Oswald didn't have a car and would have had to catch a ride from

someone.
